youcanrefreshyourcomputer.

Attention:Ifyourefreshyourcomputer,theprogramspreinstalledonyourcomputerandtheprogramsthat

youinstalledfromWindowsStorewillbereinstalled.However,allotherprogramswillbeuninstalled.

Torefreshyourcomputer,dothefollowing:

1.Movethepointertothetop-rightorbottom-rightcornerofthescreentodisplaythecharms.Click

Settings➙ChangePCsettings➙Updateandrecovery➙Recovery.

2.IntheRefreshyourPCwithoutaffectingyourﬁlessection,clickGetstarted.

Resettingyourcomputertothefactory-defaultsettings

Youcanresetyourcomputertothefactory-defaultsettings.Resettingthecomputerwillreinstallthe

operatingsystemandalltheprogramsthatcomewithyourcomputer.
