Note:Allmemorymodulestobeinstalledmustbethesametypewiththesamecapacity,frequency,
voltage,andnumberofranks.
Yourserversupportsranksparingmode.Inranksparingmode,onerankofamemorymoduleworksasthe
sparerankfortheotherranksonthesamechannel.Thesparerankisnotavailableassystemmemory.To
enableranksparingmode,ensurethat:
•Atleastthreeranksareavailableinonechannel.
•Atleasttwomemorymodulesareinstalledinonechannel.
