Actions:
•Verifythatthediscisinsertedcorrectly,withitslabelup.
•Ensurethatthediscyouareusingisclean.Toremovedust,wipethedisccleanwithasoftclothfromthe
centertotheoutside.Wipingadiscinacircularmotionmightcauselossofdata.
•Verifythatthediscyouareusingisnotscratchedordamaged.Tryinsertinganotherdiscthatyouknow
isgood.Ifyoucannotreadfromaknown-gooddisc,youmighthaveaproblemwithyourCDorDVD
driveorthecablingtoyourCDorDVDdrive.Ensurethatthepowercableandsignalcablearesecurely
connectedtothedrive.
