Solution:EnsurethattheTrackPointpointingdeviceortouchpadissettoEnabledintheUltraNav

Akeyboardproblem

Problem:Allorsomekeysonthekeyboarddonotwork.

Solution:Ifanexternalnumerickeypadisconnected:

1.Turnoffthecomputer.

2.Removetheexternalnumerickeypad.

3.Turnonthecomputerandtryusingthekeyboardagain.

Ifthekeyboardproblemisresolved,carefullyreconnecttheexternalnumerickeypad,externalkeyboard,

makingsurethatyouhaveseatedtheconnectorsproperly.

Iftheproblemremains,ensurethatthecorrectdevicedriverisinstalled.

1.ClickStart➙ControlPanel.ChangetheviewoftheControlPanelfromCategorytoLargeicons

orSmallicons.

2.ClickKeyboard.

3.SelecttheHardwaretab.IntheDeviceProperties,ensurethattheDeviceStatusisThisdevice
