• Customer carry-in offerings (4 Yr CCR base warranty only).

– Four-years, customer carry-in repair service including HDD. This offering is valid

from the purchase date of the PhysicPac, runs and ends concurrently with the

warranty period: of the machine type.

– Four years, customer carry-in repair service including TPP. This offering is valid

from the purchase date of the PhysicPac, runs and ends concurrently with the

warranty period of the machine type

– Four-years, customer carry-in repair service including HDD and TPP. This

offering is valid from the purchase date of the PhysicPac, runs and ends

concurrently with the warranty period of the machine type.

– Five-years, customer carry-in repair service. This offering is valid from the

purchase date of the PhysicalPac, runs concurrently with the warranty period

of the machine type, and for an additional 12 months after the warranty period

expires.

– Five-years, customer carry-in repair service including HDD. This offering is valid

from the purchase date of the PhysicalPac, runs concurrently with the warranty

period of the machine type, and for an additional 12 months after the warranty

period expires.

– Five-years, customer carry-in repair service including TPP This offering is valid

– Four-years, courier collect service including TPP. This offering is valid from the

– Four-years, courier collect service including HDD and TPP. This offering is valid
