1.Turnoffyourcomputer.

2.RepeatedlypressandreleasetheF12keywhenturningonthecomputer.WhentheStartupDevice

Menuwindowdisplays,releasetheF12key.

3.SelectthedesiredstartupdeviceandpressEnter.Thecomputerwillstartupfromthedeviceyou

selected.

thestartupsequence.

Tovieworpermanentlychangetheconﬁguredstartupdevicesequence,dothefollowing:

1.StarttheSetupUtilityprogram.See“StartingtheSetupUtilityprogram”onpage55.

2.FromtheSetupUtilityprogrammainmenu,selectStartup.

3.SelectthedevicesforthePrimaryStartupSequence,theAutomaticStartupSequence,theErrorStartup

SequenceandManufacturingBootSequence.Readtheinformationdisplayedontherightsideof

thescreen.

4.PressF10tosavechangesandexittheSetupUtilityprogram.See“ExitingtheSetupUtilityprogram”

onpage59.
