willbeofthe

format“ContainsTransmitterModule:CanadaIC:XXXX”,whereXXXXrepre‐

sentstheICIDthatcorrespondstoyourpreinstalledWLANmodule.

Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:

harmfulinterferencetoco‐channelMobileSatellitesystems.

•Highpowerradarsareallocatedasprimaryusers(meaningtheyhavepriority)of

5250‐5350MHzand5650‐5850MHzbandsandtheseradarscouldcauseinterferenceand/

ordamagetoLELAN(Licence‐ExemptLocalAreaNetwork)devices.
