ineffect.Thearbitrationawardshallbefinalandbindingonthepartieswithout
appeal.Anyawardshallbeinwritingandsetforththefindingsoffactandthe
conclusionsoflaw.Allarbitrationproceedings,includingalldocumentspresented
insuchproceedingsshallbeconductedintheEnglishlanguage.TheEnglish
languageversionofthiswarrantyprevailsoveranyotherlanguageversionin
suchproceedings.
