Overview
In conjunction with the launch of the s9e/s10e IdeaPad brand PCs, Lenovo® continues toward
its goal of providing world-class service and support.
A new family of service products under the brand umbrella of Lenovo Care Services consist of
warranty upgrades and extensions and for Consumer segment customers.
The new products fall into two applicable categories:
• s9e/s10e IdeaPad with 1-year warranty
• s9e/s10e IdeaPad with 2-year warranty
Each of the new services being introduced are compatible with a single category of s9e/s10e
IdeaPad product.
The following new services being introduced at this time are available as stand-alone offerings. A
single product-support service may be selected for each individual s9e/s10e product at one time.
• Lenovo Care Services warranty extension
• Accidental Damage Protection
• Lenovo Care Services warranty extension plus Accidental Damage Protection
All new offerings are available for purchase through the same channels as the new s9e/s10e
IdeaPad product -- Direct by phone, or through business/service partners.
Note: The new services target individual consumer customers.
