AddinglogonscriptsintoGrouppolicy

ThefollowingstepsprovideinstructiononhowtosetuplogonscriptsfortheuserorcomputerinGroup

policy:

1.LaunchtheGrouppolicyManagementeditor.

2.RightclickonthedomainnameandclickCreateandLinkGPO.

3.TypethenameofyourGroupPolicyObject(GPO).

4.RightclickonyourGPOname,andthenclickEdit.

5.FromtheGroupPolicyObjectEditorwindow,navigatetothefollowing:

UserConguration->WindowsSettings->Scripts(Logon/Logoff)->Logon

6.FromtheLogonPropertiespanel,selecttheAcloa.batﬁleandthenclickAdd.

7.OntheAddaScriptdialogbox,clickBrowseandselectyourscript.

8.ClickOK.

9.CopytheAcloa.batﬁleyourLogonscriptslocation.

10.ClickOpen,andtheLogonbatﬁlewillbeadded.

11.OntheADSTestpanelundertheSecurityFilteringsection,clickAddtogiverightstoauser,groupor

computer.
